What falls under the warranty?

Wood is a natural product and can swell, shrink, warp or crack. Choosing wood means choosing the charm and character of a living natural product with warmth, character, beauty and authenticity.

These characteristics are no reason for complaint. However, we do offer a warranty against manufacturing defects or other construction or installation problems.
