Once the order has been finalised, we set to work immediately. The delivery time for a custom furniture item is four to six weeks. But apart from custom furniture, we also have stock models available, which require less preparation time and can be delivered much faster.

Once the order has been completed, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date. In doing so, we will ask about any obstacles that may affect the delivery, so that we can bring the necessary equipment with us.

The delivery fee depends on the region.

The outdoor kitchen is not suitable for continuous exposure to the elements or direct sunlight. A protective cover is strongly recommended because it is waterproof and helps keep your furniture looking like new.

Granite countertops are treated in our workshop with an impregnating agent (sealant). All that is required after that is to apply a sealant once a year.

Cleaning with rinse water is sufficient to keep the countertop clean and maintain it properly. We recommend using a mild household cleaning agent for daily cleaning and minor spills.

Steel wool, corrosive products or alkaline or chlorine-based cleaning agents should not be used. Never use abrasives! Granite countertops must not come into contact with strong acids or chemicals.

Nor are they impact-resistant: they can crack, split or even break. The edges are especially vulnerable.

So always use a cutting board and place hot pans on a trivet.

Wood can distort due to changes in air humidity and temperature fluctuations. This can cause the wood to swell and shrink, warp or crack. Discolouration can also occur if the wood is exposed to sunlight. We also strongly advise against covering it continuously with an airtight cover.

Want the best protection for your outdoor kitchen? We recommend protective treatment with a high-quality exterior wood oil that penetrates deeply. This product can be purchased from us and protects the wood without causing it to lose its natural colour.

Although our suppliers make every effort to maintain the highest quality level of their appliances, a defect in an appliance can occur. All the same, we recommend first reading through the instruction manual provided before contacting us. This can prevent unnecessary costs.

If you are not able to solve the problem or have identified a defect, you can always submit a service request.

These characteristics are no reason for complaint. However, we do offer a warranty against manufacturing defects or other construction or installation problems.

A one-year warranty is offered on the furniture itself.
